User and liability regime

In compliance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), PIGRA ENGINEERING SL informs that it is the owner of the website. In accordance with the requirements of article 10 of the aforementioned Law, PIGRA ENGINEERING SL informs of the following data:

• The truthfulness and legality of the information provided by the user on the forms provided by PIGRA ENGINEERING SL for access to certain contents or services offered by the website. 
• The use of the information, services and data offered by PIGRA ENGINEERING SL contrary to the provisions of these conditions, the law, morality, good customs or public order, or that in any other way may involve damage to the rights of third parties or the operation of the website.

PIGRA ENGINEERING SL is not responsible for the content of the websites to which the user may access through the links established on its website, provided that it has no effective knowledge that the activity or information to which it refers or recommends is illicit or that it damages the property or rights of a third party susceptible to compensation, or, if it does have such knowledge, it acts diligently to remove or disable the corresponding link. 

It shall be understood that PIGRA ENGINEERING SL has the effective knowledge referred to in the previous paragraph when a competent body has declared the unlawfulness of the data, ordered its removal or that access to it is made impossible, or when the existence of the damage has been declared, and PIGRA ENGINEERING SL is aware of the corresponding resolution, without prejudice to the procedures for detection and removal of content that PIGRA ENGINEERING SL applies by virtue of voluntary agreements and other means of effective knowledge that may be established. 

PIGRA ENGINEERING SL declares that it has adopted all the necessary measures to avoid any damage to users of its website, which may arise from browsing its website. Consequently, PIGRA ENGINEERING SL is not responsible, under any circumstances, for any damage that the user may suffer as a result of surfing the Internet. Nor does it guarantee the technical availability, accuracy, veracity, validity or legality of sites outside its property that can be accessed through the links.
